Lost 1 kilo this week. Had a few not so healthy days, so I'm pleased with that result. Three people at the meeting got to their first 5kg goal, and one lady reached her goal weight [was below it even], which was very encouraging.
I need to be more consistent with exercising this week - aiming for 30 minutes most days. And I need to drink more fluids.
I have a driving test tomorrow, to get my licence. Getting nervous, but I think I should do fine.
