Today is day 1 of week 1 of BLC23! Part of the BLC challenge is do PAWSE each week.
P - Plan/Prepare for the coming week
A - Act with consistency and determination by making healthy choices and tracking
W - Write a blog reflecting the past week
S - Set a goal, both non scale and scale related for the coming week
E - Execute movement
I have planned out my meals for the coming week. I've been to the grocery store and stocked up on the 'good stuff'. I have moved the package of double stuffed Halloween oreos to the 2nd drawer down, which I don't get in to...hopefully!
I have logged every single bite for today and will do so going forward.
Movement: I think I have this under control. I've gone for a walk or a run every day this week. I will start adding in some ST moves, starting tomorrow when I flip my TNT cards!
Since it's day 1 of week 1 the 'reflecting' part is before the challenge started and even though I didn't make the best food choices, I did consistently stay with the exercise.
My goals: 1.5 pounds on the scale and 3 days of ST exercises in addition to my cardio.
