Today, I saw my student for 2 hr., shopped, made call re: the library walking club and made up notice and delivered to library.. lots of plans, but not much action today... cold and rainy....
I told my student about going for medical tests yesterday, which opened up what we call "a pap test" and how she should go about getting those tests done herself.... so also discussed STD's and from that to making plans for her to come here on Friday and we will make a Boiled Dinner.... kind of a Cape Breton meal, guess it goes back to Irish background, but an easy meal and she has tasted it with her landlady, and also discussed leftovers and making "corned beef hash", so we never know where our days will take us...

tired..... off my feed, and no exercise today, not a good combination!

    I wasn't very active yesterday, either and felt bad about it. I am hoping things will be more productive today, but my days have been so crazy that I don't want to count on it.

    you are so busy looking after everyone and everything else, dont forget about yourself. Your health isnt keeping up with everything you are doing to you. Tiredness? are you forgetting your meds? bs high from to many carbs? Lack of exercise? Your body is screaming for attention from you emoticon Just my opinion and you are doing lots of good works for so many, just dont forget to be kind to yourself too
