Follow-up with the doctor

My doctor called this morning with my lab results. Really she said my labs weren't too bad. Hiac was 5.1, The doctor and I were surprised. She is concerned because we know I have been eating out of control yet my blood sugars are still low. Back to eating healthy mini meals every 6 hrs. My triglycerides were really hi this time. 6 months ago they were in normal range. I did have a urinary infection so now I am on antibiotics also. I hope I can stay on the medicine and watch my eating. I usually get tired of it and quit. I will do this. I am so tired of not feeling well and not having energy to do the things I want to. I went to the store and got healthy foods so now there is no reason to eat the junk foods.(took them to my sister's). Hope you guys keep an eye on me and make me toe the mark.     Thank you for stopping by my One month, One day, one goal at time blog. That says it all really.
Just keep focused and within time you will see the changes. It happened to me and it can happen to you. I never thought I would lose 69 pounds and keep it off, but it happened and with the help of SP and the support of my friends here.
Once you get off the junk food, less healthy foods, you will get so you don't want them anymore or crave them. We all have those crazy moments where we go off the rail or eat wrong for awhile...but as long as you don't have not failed! Sometimes just getting out and taking short walk down the block and back helps even with being tired. It is rejuvenating sometimes, especially when the weather is nice.

You can do this thing! I'm fighting the "battle of the medicines" and trying to keep my weight under control.Finally my doctor took me off of the one that made me gain some weight before it had too much time to do much damage. I'm trying to back it down now. Let's not give up or give in! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    It's good about you HA1C, and I know you'll work on get the higher results back under control. Anytime you need to talk feel free to pop in on me. Getting rid of the unhealthy food and replacing it with healthier choices is wonderful. You know what you need to do and you'll do it. Keep thinking about how good you will feel when you make the changes for a healthier lifestyle. We are all in this together.
