It is possible that my sugar cravings are gone:) I found that smoothies are a good replacer. I really do not like to drink calories, but I am finding that they are a great way to satisfy my sweet tooth without breaking the calorie bank:)
Workout plan is going great! Sleep is going great! Energy level is way up. I am finding myself trying to squeeze just one more thing in all the time.
