It is possible that my sugar cravings are gone:) I found that smoothies are a good replacer. I really do not like to drink calories, but I am finding that they are a great way to satisfy my sweet tooth without breaking the calorie bank:)

Workout plan is going great! Sleep is going great! Energy level is way up. I am finding myself trying to squeeze just one more thing in all the time.

    I never thought of a smoothie like that, but what a great weightloss idea - I am imagining a wonderful smoothie with skim milk, banana, honey and yoghurt versus a piece of cheesecake - I would much prefer the calories in my little smoothie versus those in the cheesecake - and it would be just as satisfyingto be honest.
    What do you put in your smoothie?

    btw, there are some good apps for the 5/3/1. I use one called Big Lifts from the Apple even tells you what plates to put on for each lift
