Raw Foods Week 2 Update!

Sorry it is almost the end of Week 3 but I have been very busy! I have been eating more raw foods especially fruits a LOT more now. I am not 100% perfect yet but I work on it. It snowed here in Alaska a day ago..I think and it has been raining constantly so I haven't gone out for a jog lately I have to motivate myself. I do still bike to work everyday so there is that emoticon I have been reading a lot on raw foods and cooking with raw foods so that has been exciting. I do feel better the majority of the time especially in the mornings I am not as tired and not a whole lot of weight loss just about 2-3 pounds but it fluctuates a lot. That's all for now just a quick update see you again for week 3! emoticon
