Well, I'm back with a vengeance on "fat" lol! That's right, no more taking a back seat and complacency! I'm in attack mode...and hope I don't break a nail while I'm at it...! Been up two mornings in a row and started on the bike, was supposed to do a Leslie last afternoon, but got busy, so gave it miss, going to get back into it this afternoon with some strength training, found this awesome hardcore (it will take me a couple of go's) standing abs workout on Exercise TV by Jennifer Galardi...she really has a well toned body, muck around this one...which is why its going to take me a couple of go's and stops!

Anyway, thank you to all my Spark friends for commenting on my blog and for the continuous support throughout - that scale debacle still irks me - but better to get it right than not!

I can hear that Colonic calling me, but I have to do my part first!! Like Sandra said, "well done on staying on course" !!

    Send me the link for that standing ab video please! My back and hips decide to lock on me when I am in the floor *ugh* Good job on boosting the exercise. I know I need to badly. Don't worry if ya break a nail emoticon You can always go and get them done as a reward to yourself. emoticon emoticon
