Ten pounds down from first phase dukan diet and south beach!
I got to my goal weight a while back, freaked out and put some weight back on. Grrrr


Tuesday: breakfast cucumber and tomato with ff feta
Lunch salad with ff low carb ranch
Dinner hamburger with cauliflower, peppers, spinach and ff Greek yogurt

Breakfast Starbucks tall skinny latte tuna salad with tomato and cucumber, dressing (ffgreek yogurt, garlic, peppencini juice,Dijon mustard, basalmic vinegar)
