Or if you eat it all you WILL pay for it later. So I am preparing my body for the winter this is the best time for me mentally & physically to lose weight & tone up. During the summer there is too much running around and those are my lazy days. Well my lazy days have paid off, I got a thicker thigh, I got misshaped hips and my jeans don't fit. What does that tell me, I should kept busy moving and shaking which I did a little but having a new born grand baby didn't help. Since I am the primary care giver. lol

Family update: My daughter is doing alright at her job at AAA & hubs is still at United working hard. My oldest son is doing fine at Walgreens, my youngest son is actually doing really well at his new school too. My oldest grandson needs to be sent to a very private school he has been reading since he was 3years. Old granny here got him "your baby can read." Guess what after watching it religiously with his mom he sure can. Not only that he understands but he just needs to be pushed by something that interest him. He is doing work that he was doing in daycare I don't want him to revert...UGH!!

Today at work, we had food lovers feast & dream:

We had hamburgers, onion rings, hot dogs, chicken & steak tacos, gyros, italian beefs, chips, carrot cake, brownie & for breakfast we had french toast. I mean, that toast is so fluffy I saved a bit of room for it. I'm full from a small bowl of cereal, half piece of french toast, a hot dog & a half a taco. Yes that's a lot spread over the day I'm satisfied but I don't feel gluttonous. Tonight, I will have a salad and half a pb&j because I had breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen & dinner like a pauper. lol

I got in a great 1hour walk & boot camp yesterday. Then did some walking around the office. Blood pressure was in a decent state but not where I would like it to be. Later tonight, I'm trying for a boost walk with Leslie on youtube.com and possible Tae Bo joint after that. I want to work up a good sweat to feel like what I ate now, I won't be paying for it later. I would like to really get with the eating to live AND not living to eat. Which if you are a foodie or connoisseur of fine food you know that tasting food and devouring food are two totally different things to do.

Would like to send shouts out to a few of my inspirations, Deb & Vic. You guys are my focal points of inspiration. Now I didn't list everyone but you guys know who you are if you read this blog. Thank you so much & my family thanks you too!
