Day 23 - 3 weeks and going strong

SO it's been 23 days since I committed to myself to be better for myself. The results have been very encouraging. I am at peace with my need to eat healthy to be healthy.
Fall weather is here in sunny So-Cal and I've decided to make the most of this beautiful weather with a personal challenge to walk 100 miles in the 91 days of fall. So far, so good. I've walked 5.21 miles in the first 4 days.
Although I feel great and I am doing well enough, I know I cannot become complacent. That is the biggest mistake I made in the past, repeatedly. The challenges of my new way of life are department meetings and celebrations, family birthdays and holidays! The next 4 months are going to be hard but I can do it with the help of my health tools (sparkpeople included!) and my support system.
