So my goals are actually pretty simple for this BLC Challenge.
My first goal is to get back to a regular workout schedule. I am going to be doing a minimum of 20 minutes 5-6 days a week and most days I intend to do much more.
I want to get back into Onederland. And I mean firmly in not just on the border. My goal is to get into the 180's by the end of the challenge. Considering I have been losing about 2lbs a week on Atkins (or more) I think this is definitely achievable.
My final goal is to fit into all those size 12 clothes that I have been saving for so long. I am wearing a 14 and occasional 16 right now based on the fit so this may be a little bit of a stretch but I think if I can get into the 180's as I mentioned above that I should be able to get there.
I wanted to keep this short and sweet for now. I am still not feeling too well so I am going to rest for now and do some more planning later.
