Next week I am starting my next round of the Cura and I find I have been eating foods that I won't be having for a while, and we aren't talking vegetables here.
Why IS that?
Gotta do my plank, smallest cat has inspired me by doing a vigorous round of cat cardio up and down the hall.

emoticon Cat cardio is cool! emoticon

emoticon Well done moggie for giving our Fifi some motivation! emoticon

Commiserations re the America's Cup. I don't understand why NZ sold the boat to America then America installs a mainly Australian crew (plus one Kiwi, BTW) and can still say they have won the America's Cup.

Cat cardio. heh heh . I miss having a cat.

Good luck with the Cura plan. I looked it up and I would starve on 500 calories!

We do seem to migrate to foods that are on NO healthy eating plan, when we don't have a set plan...or at least I do. emoticon

My animals really do motivate me to move more. They make it look like a lot of fun. emoticon
