Plan/Prepare I've already cleared the fridge and I'm ready to ROAR again...I'm loaded up on veggies and fruits and lean meats...and of course my new favorite greek yogurt I'm so addicted to that and apples right now...totally prepared with my food and water Thinking about hitting the whole food market this weekend...
This is my schedule for the week
Wed: Focus T25
Thurs: Turbulent Twist, ST, Focus T25
Fri: 5K walk & ST Focus T25
Sat: 60 min walk week end Challenge
Sun: Weekend Challenge
Mon: Monday Maneuvers & 60 min walk,Focus T25
Tues: LCW=ST, Focus T25 60 min walk, WATP dvd
Act with consistency and determination by making healthy food choices and tracking nutrition and fitness every single day. I still find it tedious but necessary for success
Write a blog reflecting on the past week....Since this is the first week of the BLC with the Tigers there were no hurdles that I encountered....
Set a goal, both non-scale and scale related for the coming week! My goal for this is to lose 2.1 lbs on the scale and to feel confident in myself, and eventually have my clothes go down is size...Last round I went from 5lbs to 7.5 lbs weights so now I want to get to 15 lbs to 20 lbs weights at home lifting ....and from 60 lbs up to 75 lbs at the gym on the leg machines...
Execute my execute will be to "JUST DO IT" you can't do anything sitting and wishing waiting for it to come to you....
