Mid week Update

Well it is Wednesday and the week is half over so I wanted to give a little update to all my spark friends. I was able to the weight training (legs) done on Monday and the cardio in (by DVD) in the evening- so I hit that goal. I ate all 6 of my prepared meals for the day- 100% clean so I hit that goal. On Tuesday I did crossfit- I brought a new friend so that made things extra fun for everyone, (except she said she almost threw up a few times- but overall she said she liked it). I also ate mostly clean (I had two starburst and a peppermint- less then 6 calories and I tracked it). I got in my five meals of the day and lots of water. This morning I got up (it was tough I had a hard time falling asleep yesterday) and I got the gym and did the second day of weight training (glutes and back and a little shoulders) but luckily there was no cardio today so I did not have fit that in. Tonight I might do a little workout video at home and some yoga to prevent too much soreness. I think I am going to treat myself to a nice warm bath also. I tough I would have a hard time eating all of these meals but I am actually finding myself getting hungrier- I guess that means my metabolism is speeding up? I am pretty much hitting all of my Sparkpeople ranges (a few days I have been under in my carbd but only by an amount less then 20grams). This diet is based on a 20/40/40 split. 20% fats, 40% carbs and 40% protein and I am getting very close to that. Today I will finish cooking my meals for the rest of the week and the weekend. I know that i do better when I am prepared so I am trying to stay up with always having my meals done for me. I am going to stick to this plan exactly food wise for the next two week. Then I can experiment with different whole grains and suck. Tomorrow I don;t go to the gym so I will do a little weigh in before I get ready for work.
