good day - but on an exercise note, my back feels on the verge of going out. I didn't expect this after months of exercise but I'm being very ginger with it today. Any words of advice? It's my thought that maybe my shoes are blown out - could that cause it? My core isn't ultrapowerful but it is certainly strong compared to when my back used to go out...
so! Calories yesterday: 1132 - I never understand when I go under. I actually ended up at 702 calories after dinner yesterday! I felt hungry, so I had some greek yogurt with frozen berries and all bran. Calories were still very low so I actually treated myself a little later to a glass of wine and some popcorn. I had a lot of salad and stuff so I guess that's why- plenty of protein but very low carbs until the end of the day.
Exercise yesterday - just the walk to and from school. Not that it isn't good exercise but I've come to see it as a given, and I feel like I missed out because there wasn't time to do anything else. I want to try to get to the gym today - and to get some new shoes!
