Both yesterday and the day before were good days for me. I think I did pretty well at tracking my food and being more aware of what I put in my mouth.
I was not able to get a run in due to oversleeping in the morning and then having a parent meeting at school later in the night. But I have higher hopes for today. There is a fitness class at work that I am planning to attend followed by a short jog on the treadmill. I am curious to see how it will feel to get moving again. I admit I am a little nervous after the disaster that was Saturday... but I know it is time to get back in the saddle again.
