So I've bitten the bullet and made a new spark team - Vege Bikini, Figure, Physique, Body Building team.
I'm a pretty new vegetarian in the great scheme of things (about a year, but not much meat eaten before the official date anyway), nor am I a seasoned bodybuilder - but am working towards my first competition.
I think it would be great to get some like-minded individuals in a team (novice or pro), so we can feed off each others energy and throw sanity-saving tips around - by no means do I mean to exclude meat-eaters! but only support and encouragement is welcome :D
I've started off with some pretty basic overall team goals, but as soon as numbers and ideas pick up, I'm keen to get some challenges.. definitely open to ideas if anyone has any... sugar-free challenge? caffeine free? a monthly "beat your own personal best [insert exercise here]" beep-test kind of thing? (actually that sounds pretty good)
Anyway, if my groups sounds like anything you may be interested, come on over! I'm still setting it up etc. but can't really get the party started until we get members anyway!
