So, it wasn't the very best of weeks. In addition to the binge on Saturday night, I've eaten out for one meal Sunday, Monday and yesterday.
It's a lot of processed foods. And my body despises processed foods.
So I was both happy and sad to see a .2 loss this week.
Happy because it wasn't a gain.
Sad because it could have been a real loss.
I suppose I didn't believe that I could lose so hopefully this will motivate me to keep better track of my food intake and make better choices.
I've decided to track just my carbs this week. I'm not cutting them- just figuring out how many I eat. Then over the next several weeks, I'll cut 50 grams from that range, 250-300 to 200-250 etc and see what that does to my energy levels (better when low) and milk supply (better when high).
I've never heard of anyone gain weight AFTER baby but not through pregnancy. Ugh. I can' help but feel like a failure at life! *end dramatic outburst*
