Didn't do the 5K as planned yesterday. Thought better than to overdo my walk 1st day out. I haven't walked since last spring. When most people head outdoors in the spring and summer, I stay indoors and head out again in the fall and winter when it cools off.
Wednesday is supposed to be my rest day, but other than the mile fitness test, I took my rest day Tuesday, This morning, I'm back indoors for 10 Minutes Cardio Blast Walk It Out workout and 10 minutes Cardio Blast 80's Aerobics.
Then it's off to bed with weigh in Wednesday and measurements when I get up.
