Myself said to me "You have taken on too much. Again. You do that because that is what you do. It increases your stress levels, and you're gonna end up like this again"
I replied to myself, "You are right. I need to think about this. What do I want to keep on doing? and what do I need to 'delegate'?" So, I thought about it, made a plan, and now I'm putting it into action.
I am making myself a priority. Because I AM that important to me!
