So excited to get started tomorrow on BLC 23. Here are my goals for this round.
Goals for BLC 23:
- Run half marathon on Nov 17th
- Lose 10 lbs and get into "One-derland"
- participate in all weekly/daily responsibilities of BLC team member (participation not perfection)
Why?? Overall, I am becoming more healthy to be a better person and a better role model to my children. I've found in the process, I am pushing myself out of my comfort zone and achieving goals I never thought possible.
How?? I will continue to run 3 times per week. 2 runs will be short runs at least 5K and Saturday will be the long run based on our training plan (7-12 miles depending on the week). I will also continue to do cross training activities 2 days per week. Right now that is functional fitness/creative pilates on Tuesdays and bike on Fridays.
I need to track my food at least 3 days per week. I have slacked on this portion over the summer and have maintained my weight loss thus far, but have not made any forward progress. I can definitely see it is worth the effort to track it!
