well 2day was my last day w my trainer for a cpl mths. Hubby will b using my time slots 2 work w a male trainer. We just figured until the drs figure out something w my legs n neck that I need 2 ease up on certain things. My trainer is amazing n gave me some things 2 work on @ home & me a few machines @ the gym that would b good 2 help strength the areas I m having the most difficulty with.
so even though I wont b working w my training 4 the nxt cpl mths I will continue 2 work on myself
