Suck-Free October, Day -7

Yep, that's what I'm calling my challenge. LOL. I aim to have a "suck free" October! Because my diet & exercise efforts these past ~6 months have pretty much sucked...

It's going to be similar to Kick August, but I'm keeping it simpler. I'm still going to track everything, but I'm not tallying EVERYTHING (carbs, fat, sodium, etc) like I did then. I think I've done better in general over time, but things are kind of going to be a function of how much veggies & made from scratch stuff I eat, which I'm tracking veggies anyway, & the sodium being up to ~2800mg in a day doesn't seem to make much difference to my body vs 2300. I'm not THAT sensitive to it.

So here's what I'm going to track:

Days in calorie range: at LEAST 26/31
Days under 2000 calories: at LEAST 29/31

Fiber in range: at LEAST 23 days
Took vitamins: 31/31 days

Cups of water: 8/day on average
Total cups of water in October: at LEAST 248

Fruit & Veggie servings: beat 6/day average
Total F/V in October: at LEAST 190

Workout days: at LEAST 15 total
Strength training days: at LEAST 5 total

Personal Challenges (will be tracking but choose not to share specifics):

A1: ~24
A2: 14-16

B1: 2
B2: 2

Today is Day Negative 7 (yep, I'm starting early. Not to inflate my numbers! Call it a practice week. emoticon )

Here's what Day -7 looks like, assuming I stick exactly to my plan for this evening as far as dinner & such:

    I like SuckFree October. I also like how you conveniently gave yourself a week to roll into suckfree October. Nice, don't want to pile it all on.
