Working more hours this week, like double the hours from last week.. Very tired, but the $$ is great!
I think I need to do some more stretching.. the stability ball works great for that, even with my bad knees and arthritis, I can maneuver and use my free weights on the ball.

    I always wondered if those stability balls were good for anything. :)

    $$ is nice, but you can't take it with you. Make sure you take the time to tend to your health, nutrition and exercise too.

    Try not to get too tuckered out with that extra work. Maybe stretching more will also take away stress and exhaustion from the extra hours you're logging, too.

    LInda, I like the stability ball too.
It is much easier and more comfortable lying on the ball.
