I often don't have time to go to the gym, so my goal this month is to get those '10,000 steps' in consistently. I had a little clip on pedometer, but I bought the FitBit hoping for more consistency and more accuracy. I'm finding the 'sleep' info is VERY interesting.. lol. Plus it gives me more credit than I gave myself on my fitness tracker.. but I suppose it doesn't matter as long as my method of recording is consistent. I only have 3 lbs to go to reach my first goal. Wish me luck.
