good doctors appointment

Today at I had my 6 week pp appointment after my csection. It went pretty good and my blood pressure meds are working cause it was normal there. Though I still have to track it. Other than that my incision is healing good. My doctor said that since it was almost completely healed I can start exercising again and just stay away from any kind of water exercising until it is healed completely. Now I just got to figure out how to start out all over again on my old program since I have not been allowed to exercise since I was put on partial bedrest when I was only 1 month preggo.

    Just put the baby in the stroller and go for a "stroll" around the block. Start slow - your body can take up to 6 months or more total to heal. Increase by small increments each week, and start adding some small weights - maybe 5 to 10 pounds a couple of times each week. You will be back in shape in no time.

    I completely understand. Tomorrow I will be 12 weeks PP and I just officially started working out on Monday. It can be so hard to try and get back to where we were, but I know that we can and then we will be even better!
