Today is our 2nd week weigh-in for the Biggest Loser at work -- I am down a total of 4 pounds!
I have cut back on how much I eat; I try to have just 1 treat a day, which is very hard for me; and I'm exercising!
I'm just trying to stay positive and push myself!
