Well good news - I finally made it out of bed this morning.
Not so good - it was over 1/2 hour late. Which meant I didn't get to the gym until 6:45! 25 minutes on the treadmill doing a easy wimpy hill walk. I managed to sweat a little bit. But couldn't convince my achy body to move any more than that.
So is it a wimpy attempt? or a success since at least I did something? Not sure, feel good I got out of bed, disappointed that I seem to have misplaced my motivation. *yawn*
It's just kinda a blaa kinda day. :-
