Usually when it comes to losing weight I have focused on what I am losing: I cannot have what I want. It been about deprivation and and making changes from what I want to do. That is what keeps me from making progress in the weight loss department. But what I truly want is to be is lighter... a lot lighter and healthier.

But what has turning toward a healthier lifestyle brought me? What am I getting for my efforts?

- More energy.
- Less aches and pains.
- Move fluid movement.
- Better posture
- Being stronger

Nutrious foods brings:
- Silkier skin.
- Nice nails.
- Less illness, better health
- less lethargy, more energy
- quicker healing

Meditation results in:
- Reduced stress
- Reduced fat producing hormones
- Eliminates stress eating
- Better focus
- Clears my mind for problem solving
