How will you recommit to your program this fall to get a jump on the holidays and keep your program fresh and exciting?
I am recommitting to my program by restarting again with new vigor and gumption to stick to it this time and not fail again. I am making plans to start walking in my neighborhood tomorrow and do it at least once a day every day to start. I have been back for 6 days now and I have been keeping track of my food intake and water and watching my self closely to keep me honest in all of it. I really want to make it this time. and I am very excited to be back. I am happy with my decision to try again. I will not fail this time.
