I didn't indulge in any sweets today. But I need to figure out a way to up my protein intake without upping my calorie intake. I love nuts and peanut butter, but I feel like those foods take huge dents out of my daily calories. Mine are pretty low, per Sparkpeople, it's 1240-1590. Even on the high side I feel like one serving of peanut butter is almost a small meal! Anyway, I feel really good today!
