No sweets :)

I didn't indulge in any sweets today. But I need to figure out a way to up my protein intake without upping my calorie intake. I love nuts and peanut butter, but I feel like those foods take huge dents out of my daily calories. Mine are pretty low, per Sparkpeople, it's 1240-1590. Even on the high side I feel like one serving of peanut butter is almost a small meal! Anyway, I feel really good today!

    I am glad that you had a good day. I do have a bad sweet tooth, but I use the special k bars when I get that crave for sweets and those bars are only 90 to 100 calories. I do eat eggs to get the protein in. Keep up the good work.

    So pleased you are feeling good today...I struggled to up my protien so usually have eggs for breakfast and beand or chickpeas for lunch/dinner...
    I also have some almonds and often a protien bar...I find that helps....
    Some mornings I will have peanut butter on totast for breakfast and that helps tpo get the level up as well....
    I am on simular points to you per day as well...
