Today was my first day in the gym since spring. Wasn't sure how my walks, hikes and other outdoor activity kept me on track. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to do an hour on the elliptical, followed by 45 minutes of strength training and finish with a ten minute walk/jog on the treadmill. After a bit of desk work, I still had enough left to wash all the windows outside. So nice to see clearly again.
