Weekly Food Blog #2: Getting Healthier

This week I'm already doing soo much better than last. I'm eating more fruits which I LOVE! I could eat fruit for every meal if I could (and not get sick from the acid). I can feel my metabolism getting faster - it's really a great feeling!

This weeks food goal: to incorporate more veggies

Breakfast

* 1 slice of Dave's good seed bread
* 1 Morning Star black bean burger
* Red pepper hummus
* OrganicSpinach
* Coffee with sugar free creamer (no picture)

Lunch

* 2 Organic chicken legs
* 1 pear

Snack

- 1 Gala apple
- Organic Peanut butter

Snack

- glass of vanilla coconut milk
- Pistachios

Dinner

- Spaghetti squash
- Marinara sauce
- Shrimp (ate half)

Extra

- tea
