Challenge Reward

I have been on Spark for many years. I have never considered a reward for reaching a goal. This is the time to do it. As I begin this round, of BLC 23, I have set my reward to be a size 10 jeans. I don't mean granny jeans. I want to have some NICE and flattering jeans. I have gone back and forth from size 10 and size 12. I know that I can fit into a 10 if I can just get 10 more pounds off.

It is irritating for me knowing that I exercise daily, drink plenty of water and eat lean meats at least four days a week. I will increase my water from 64 ounces to 80 ounces.

I know that 10 pounds in reality doesn't sound like much. But it has certainly been tough for me. My attitude will remain positive.

    10 pouns is a lot IMO. I have been oscilatting from 143-145 sinceJune and it seems that when I lose even 5lbs it would be a MAGICAL moment. lol.
Am looking frward to lose them with you. ( & a size 10 will rock too)

    It's amazing how rough just 10 lbs can be to lose, though very easy to gain! But you can do it, I have faith in you, and you will be rocking those size 10 jeans!

    It is hard to get to the lower weight if perhaps your body is happy with the higher one. May I suggest eating less meat and adding more freggies to your meals, going with lentils and other alternate sources of protein. Are you tracking your sodium intake? You never know when you may be retaining water..
