T25 Week 1 Day 1

Today I started the program.
I am so proud of myself for getting up early and getting it done! Good thing I did too. work was a killer and I did not get home until after 7pm. That means it would have been really hard to do the work out. I need to keep my commitment of getting up early and working out prior to work. Tomorrow will be another challenge as my boss has requested an early face to face meeting.
Speed 1.0 was hard but not as hard as I expected it to be. I did have to do some of the modifications, especially with the burpees. I could not get down and up fast enough. The other huge problem was wearing shoes on carpet. My feet kept dragging. Not sure if barefoot would be better or if it will just get better along the way. My husband did it with me too!
I loved our new shakeology breakfast. We did vanilla with blueberries. It was Yummy! I did great with my intake and stayed within my calories and macro nutrients. I was way too hungry tonight when I got home and ate a really large serving of meatloaf. If I was not so hungry I could have controlled myself and ate a smaller portion. I also need to be the one who makes out the portions so that I can control them. If it is in front of me... i will eat it.
It was a great first day!
