Well the month is going great. I have completed 3 o the 4 races I set for myself. my last race is this coming Saturday. it is a 5 miler. My 13th event of the year. the second of my 2013 year long goals will be accomplished this weekend. The first was to get my Zumba license. I got that on September 1, 2013, and the second was to complete 13 5K's in 2013. Well that goal had to be modifies to completing 13 events since I have actually done 9 5ks 2 10k and a 4milers, ( on the 4th of july). the year has progressed and I have accomplished much. one of my goals was to weight. I haven't accomplished that one. I know we should not be basing our success or failure on the scale and I do believe I am in much better health than I was at the start of the year, but it would definitely be nice to get back in to wonderland with all of the exercising I have been doing. For my birthday my mom got me a program called healthy in 12. I will get 12 weeks of personal training for 2 hours per week, 12 sessions with a nutritionist and a 'gym" membership at the facility that it all takes place at. This time I am ready to make a nutritional lifestyle change and I think with help I will succeed. I would love to loose 10-12 lbs in these 12 weeks. More would be great, I would even take 7 which would put me at 199. I am getting a little desperate. I hope each of you has a great evening, be blessed and have a great workout tomorrow.
