** Go Ivory Falcons Go** That is my team for the BLC 23.
This week my focus will be all about getting enough sleep. I am coming off night shift and want to make sure I get enough sleep so that my hormones are working with me to get rid of this fat. I know I only slept 4-5 hours at a time last week and that is not long enough. For this week when meeting 8 hours of sleep every night, I will treat myself to a movie night. Yay!
Also I finally figured out what my reward for accomplishing my goals for this round is – dah –dah-dah – a new phone!!!!
It will be close to Christmas then and should be doable.
I was exhausted all day adjusted to day shifts and was tired since this afternoon but didn’t want to have caffeine and ruin my sleep tonight. Finally off to bed for what I hope is a very restful sleep.
