I am so looking forward to this challenge. It is another new start and I just feel that I am ready to make a lot of progress. What do I plan to do?
1) I plan to track carefully. I will try to use my phone when I can't get to a computer. I also plan to rely on my new Spark book for some of the recipes.
2) I plan to do more short workouts. Since I injured my ankle this summer, I have been unable to do some of the things I am used to. However, I have seen a lot of short workout options that do not rely on ankles and I plan to do at least two short workouts per day.
3) I plan to carve out a bit of me time at least 4 times per week so that I can catch-up with posts and get to know others on the team.
4) I plan to earn ass many points as possible in every challenge!
As for Rewards.
here is my list...
For each week that I meet my goals, I will get one of the following:
2 hours me time to play with the pictures and digital scrapbooks that I never get to.
A cute new mug to take to work
A new shower caddy for the gym
An uninterrupted hour at the piano (I have a new keyboard that I've touched about 4 times in 6 months)
An hour to read
These things sound basic, but I seldom do them.
This challenge is going to be amazing!
