Oh I so needed this! Got on the scale when I woke up today and....
I'm down 3.5 LBS!!!!!!!!
I'm sure I most of that was water retention that I peed out, but I'll take it! I mean my weight basically increased by about 8lbs in the past 2-3weeks... which was soooo depressing, and I was hoping that it wasn't all pure fat.
Still eating well. Have been in calorie range for 2 days now. Working on meeting activity goals with BodyMedia Fit.
Anyway, to see a scale change like this is extra motivating right now.
Now to go work the night shift.
