Things are starting to fall into place. Since I purchased my air purifier, I have not had to use my rescue inhaler at all. For now, I have been moving it back and forth between the living area and the bedroom. I think I will get one for my computer room, and another for our bedroom so I can have better air all day in each of my rooms...........winter is coming, and we have a pellet stove. I am not sure what that will do to my air quality.

I continue to walk, but today I also did day 2 of Coach Nicole's boot camp program. It didn't take long, nor did it burn many calories, but it sure did stretch some stuff.
I returned some tops today...........purchased in my old size. I am not yet comfortable in the next size down. Maybe that will be my "Five More Pounds' reward. When I went below 200, I got pink walking shoes. When I went past 190, I got purple walking shoes. Hmmm....maybe bright blue for 180? Something for my top half on the '5,' and something on the bottom for the '0.' How does that sound?

I am eating about 9 combined fruit and vegetable servings. Why is it so hard for me to get around the idea of 8 glasses of water??? That should be so easy, shouldn't it?

    If you are eating that much fruit realize it contains water in a wonderful form. Count that too.

My diet is based on fruits, vegetables and greens. All raw and all organic. Without additional water I figure I'm drinking at least 3 glasses a day. I also drink lots of water when I'm thirsty.

I just purchased a salt air purifier. I honestly can tell the difference.
