Writing about something that will be ongoing for 12 weeks isn't really something I normally do. I journal a lot but usually about what's happening in the present. So I'm going to step out, put something down on paper that I can go back and see if what I thought might happen happens.
Sparkpeople.com is the 2nd place I go to when I turn my computer on first thing in the morning. I go to e-mail first and then look at each SP e-mail I have before anyother e-mails. This action will continue. Daily!! The connection with SP supported me when I needed it 3 years ago so BLC23 has come into my life at the right time again... timing is important.
I'm so hopeful for BLC23 to keep me on track. I do find the time spent already on tracking challenges a bit challenging. And I'm retired, live alone and seriously do not know how you people with kids, families, jobs, etc do what you are doing. I'm in awe.
OK, I'm rambling... I see BLC23 my chance to cement my workouts, meals and tracking into a solid day to day activity. Afterwards... there's no stopping me from continuing all of my new life journey action everyday. I read somewhere that it takes a certain amount of time to change a habit, I'm think 12 weeks is that magic amount of time and BLC23 is the action needed.
