Goals reevaluation

Well I figure it's time for some goals reevaluation. I have discovered that I consume way too much of my favorite coffee creamer. So that's step one of my daily goal. Though I am not cutting it out completely I am only doing one cup a day with my favorite coffee creamer and then using my original plain coffee creamer the rest of the day. Next I need to drink more water during the day instead of coffee alone- 6-8 cups a day. For breakfast I need to have something along the lines of eggs/fruit. For lunch I will have a healthy choice soup. For a snack I will have a string cheese. For dinner I need to figure out a better way to do this because I want to eat healthier dinners but my family won't eat it. I could eat the same things as them but its very hard to not overeat because i make everyone's favorite foods. for dinner-eat on a small round plate if not having a protein and a bunch of veggies. for dessert have some cottage cheese and fruit. Try not to consume any calories past 8pm. workout at least 3 times per week: 20 min cardio and 30 minute circuit. Overall goal is to lose weight and be fit. I'd like to lose 28 pounds by the end of the year. 14 weeks till the year is over. that's 2 pounds a week. I'd say that is doable if I stay consistent.

    Making a list of goals and re-evaluating them on a regular basis helped me reach goal. You have a great attitude!
