My miserable cold has morphed into a cough and is improving so I expect to be all better for our holiday weekend coming up. I did two hours at the pool and felt much better for it, though when I got home I was a little more tired than I expected to be. So I had a sit down. Then I was a bit achy, too, having not exercised much since last Wednesday. I am surprised I stiffened up so much with such a short break away from exercise.
After my holiday I am back into a weight loss phase, my last for 2013. I aim to get myself into a good position for 2014, when I will reach my target weight. This push I aim to lose either 5 or 10 % of my body weight, depending on how long I want to go for. I don't plan to be in weight loss mode for Christmas, but I plan to start up again in February.. Has anyone done a 5% challenge before? I am sure I have seen teams but now I can't for the life of me find them.
