I lead a boot camp 3x a week! The ladies are super dedicated and will push trough all the tough workouts!! I have scaled back my WT during the 2nd half of my Marathon Training. Its hard not want to do OH squats and power cleans when I have the rack in my garage! But I resist! The gals wanted to do their legs today with no squats
what??? is this even possible?
And the answer is yes it is!! We didn't use 1 weight!!! Sun salutations to warm up and lots of Pilate-esque moves! We finished off with some TRX! I am happy I can challenge myself to do other exercises out of my comfort zone...yes ass to grass squats are my comfort zone
I didn't gain this week woooo! But I have noticed, I have lost 5 pds since I moved here! 7 weeks until my marathon and my goal is to be slimmer then my March Full and to lose a pd a week! I can do this!!
