Hi Everyone,

It is officially the first day of Fall, which means the temperature will go down to a cooler climate and people are getting ready for the holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving.
For me and everyone who is trying to lose weight, this could be the deal breaker however you can indulge , just don't overdo it.
This weekend I had pizza and it didn't derail me from my weight loss journey because I learned to control what I eat and how much. My body "tells" me when enough is enough and I
stop. I continue to exercise because it's become a part of my life permanently.

Don't beat yourself up if you deviate from your routine. Just get back up and keep moving

    It's definitely Fall. I had to dig out a pair of winter tights and a jacket for my walk this morning. I think it was around 54 when I started. But the days are beautiful. I love Autumn!

You are so right sis! We can indulge with moderation and an attitude that the journey is one of continuation! I don't ban foods at all but find myself avoiding certain ones. I eat a lot of healthy fats and they help to keep me full longer. That was my turning point in 2012. Keeping calm and not stressing out helps us ALL to get where we want to go. Thanks for your words of Wisdom!
