It is officially the first day of Fall, which means the temperature will go down to a cooler climate and people are getting ready for the holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving.
For me and everyone who is trying to lose weight, this could be the deal breaker however you can indulge , just don't overdo it.
This weekend I had pizza and it didn't derail me from my weight loss journey because I learned to control what I eat and how much. My body "tells" me when enough is enough and I
stop. I continue to exercise because it's become a part of my life permanently.
Don't beat yourself up if you deviate from your routine. Just get back up and keep moving
