First week was up and down but I managed to drop some pounds so that's empowering. Breakfast this morning was fast food. I was late for work because of a family crisis that had me up very late last night and very early this morning. I'll finish the day strong.
I power walked today as long as my back would allow which wasn't for long but I hope if I can do that numerous times throughout the day then I can get in some good cardio and get my heart rate up.
I'll go make my lunch now. Tuna sandwich with bell peppers and cucumbers on the side and a sliced apple with cinnamon. I have to get to the produce market and the meat market tonight for my fruits, veggies and proteins for the week.
