BLC23 Week One Goals

Our Ivory Falcons asked us to list our weekly goals.

1. I will get 10+ cups of water.

2. I will get 4+ freggies. I am usually very good about this, but have been lax the past couple of weeks.

3. I will get 400+ minutes of exercise. Good things happen when I do that and watch my nutrition as well.

    I have a great new water recipe .... 1 gallon of water, add a chopped cucumber and lemon and 12 mint leaves. Let steep 12 hours. It's really helped me up my intake.

    I seem to have a hard time getting my water allotment. I get distracted doing 'stuff' and forget to drink.

I'm sure you'll do great with your goals; you're a pretty determined lady. emoticon
