I finally figured it out. Whenever I am diligent and come to Spark People everyday. Log my food and exercise everyday. Participate in the message board discussions. Don't forget spinning the bonus wheel.
I lose weight.
When I think Oh I will just try to emotionally eat and not over eat. And I don't come on Spark every single day. I gain weight.
Right now I am trying to lose the six pounds I have gained back. I have been trying to lose them for a year.
