I'm frustrated because I've been looking for some workout equipment to use at home since cold wet weather is upon on and I can't seem to find anything-like a step bench, stability ball ect for my weight range (425 pounds) and when I do, it's way out of my price range.
What I have been doing besides walking our pooch, Kiki, is 30-45 minutes of my fitness coach on the wii. I missed a good week and a half of doing it because of a badly stubbed toe, but today I did the 45 minute upper arm workout. 15 minutes of cardio, 25 minutes of upper body workout with dumb bells and 5 minutes of stretching. After I take care of some housework and if the weather is still holding good, I plan to walk our dog for a good 10-15 minutes.
