After my big drop 2 weeks ago, I dropped another 1/2 pound last week. I am totally ok with that!

I took a "mini-staycation" for a few days last week to stay home with my doggies and get caught up on some things around the house. It was FANTASTIC!! I feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed. I think my body really needed that break, and I feel like I got so much accomplished. Not everything on my list got done, but a lot of things did. I feel like I accomplished enough!

It was very weird to be at home during the day, and not at work. I almost didn't know what to do with myself. Since I was home and off my schedule a bit, I know I didn't drink nearly enough water, but still maintained that big loss and dropped around 0.5 pounds. With a goofy schedule, I am totally ok with that!!

Today marks the first full day of FALL! I am ecstatic about this! Last fall and the holidays are when I fell off the "wagon" so I am DETERMINED to not let that happen this year! I have been making great progress, and I WILL CONTINUE! This year will be different! My goal is to lose another 25 pounds by Christmas. I think this is a goal that I can reach and am excited about it :)

Today starts the BLC that I am participating in and I am super excited to particiate in another challenge. The last one I did, I really feel like I struggled. But this one will be different.

I can do this. I can make progress. I will not give up!

    Glad you enjoyed your time off and felt so accomplished by it. Good luck with the challenges. I know that as tough as they can be, they are also super fun too!

    I'm going for 25 lbs by Christmas too! We can do it!! I'm so looking forward to BLC starting on Wednesday!! weeeee!!
